i drew everything separately and merged them all together with the handiness of fotochop!
to be honest i was really just afraid of ruining the original image because i had no idea how i was going to draw the background characters.
trying to skip the pencil step more often and go straight to brush 'n ink! it's hard!!

haha i hope the final doesn't lose it's magic after you see all the parts separate like this!
next time i'll try to draw out the entire character so they can also work as single images!
