☁ ✩☾✩ a comic about being awake ✩☾✩ ☁

i've gotten into the routine of waking up late, napping around 11pm (because i'm 2tired 2function!!), waking up at 2am or so, and not being able to fall asleep until 7am.

makes me feel superunproductive,
but going through my sketchbooks i realized that i'm not really giving myself enough credit for how productive i've actually been. it's just a matter of scanning and uploading things i guess!!
instagram is making me so lazyyyy zzzzzz zz zzzzzzzzz

//_WE WERE THE SPACE YOUTH CADETS ☺

⧛⇥▷___WE WERE THE SPACE YOUTH CADETS is a small solo show i have coming up next week!

displaying a collection of documents and images
of a budding brigade
that grew up too fast
chasing the impossible edge of the expanding universe
left in cosmic loneliness
burning brightly
until the void
became too immense
and they coalesced into its infinity

Earth forgot, but they did exist

and this is my proof

Opening reception: October 19th from 7-10 pm
Show runs from: October 19th - 30th
Facebook event page: HERE
Gladstone exhibition listing: HERE

Hope to see you there, future Space Youth Cadets!!

Yes / No

"Just ask for guidance," said Adam One. "Do an overnight Vigil. Pray for the strength to face your doubts and fears. I feel confident that a positive answer will be provided to you. You have gifts that should not be wasted. We would all welcome you as an Eve among us, I can assure you."
"All right," said Toby. "I can do that." For every Yes, she thought, there is also a No.
